Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily manufacturing activities to meet production targets and quality standards Coordinate and schedule production workflows to optimize efficiency and resource utilization Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees Lead, motivate, and develop production team members through coaching and performance management Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality assurance standards Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations Maintain accurate production records and report on key performance indicators

Skills and Qualifications:
