Job Description

DeLeon Dirt Works, LLC is looking to hire experienced individuals who have a minimum of three years experience. We are looking to hire individuals interested in long-term career's. We are are fast growing site preparation company that specializes in earth moving, utilities, paving, storm pipe and truck hauling. Below are the minimum requirements needed to be considered for the position. Preferred Skills and Knowledge for operators
  • 3 years of experience in a similar field
  • Ability to read civil drawings
  • Ability to run sewer, storm, and lay structures
  • Ability to check grades with transit
  • Ability to efficiently run larger excavators, dozers, compactors, and skid steers
