Role Description We are seeking a Production Operations Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Arlington, TN. The Production Operations Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, manage production schedules, improve processes, ensure safety standards, and lead a team to meet production goals. This role requires close collaboration with various departments to optimize productivity and maintain quality standards while adhering to company objectives. Qualifications Strong knowledge of production planning, operations management, and scheduling Experience with quality control, troubleshooting, and safety compliance Proficiency in lean manufacturing techniques and process improvement Leadership and team management skills, with a focus on motivation and performance Ability to interpret blueprints, technical documents, and utilize modern manufacturing technologies Proficiency in using data-driven tools for production and workflow optimization Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred Prior experience in CNC machining or high-volume manufacturing is a plus
