This includes laying out daily production requirements, and monitoring quality while ensuring a safe work environment. Friday - Sunday 12 hour shifts Requirements Previous verifiable experience (3 to 5 years min) in Manufacturing Management (Plant Manager, Supervisor, Foreman, etc.) is a must.

Proficient computer and Microsoft Office skills. Previous experience with welding and fabrication is preferred. THIS IS NOT A TEMP TO HIRE POSITION, IT IS A FULL TIME POSITION WITH BENEFITS.

Employees are eligible for a full benefit package: Excellent pay for those that can perform, 10 paid holidays + 1 week vacation after 6 months, 2 weeks after 18 months, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10.
