Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a manufacturing client to find a full-time Production Supervisor in the Cookeville, TN area. This role will support 2nd shift operations.
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- + Manage production and line operations for an assigned section + Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to operators and other support staff.
+ Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety goals are met + Monitor line performance, track KPI's, and address issues in real time + Troubleshoot downtime, defects, and process issues + Maintain standard work and ensure compliance on the floor + Support Lean / continuous improvement efforts (Kaizen, waste reduction) + Track scrap, inventory, and production data
Qualifications:
- + 5+ years of manufacturing experience + 2+ years of leadership in a manufacturing/production setting + Post-secondary degree preferred (High school diploma or GED required) + Must be able to work 2nd shift + Must be authorized to work in the U.S., as this client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
