Production Lead

Greeneville Bottling is seeking a Production Lead to oversee shift operations and ensure the efficiency of our business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to driving continuous improvement. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of productivity and quality.

Responsibilities:

Communicates job expectations, including planning, monitoring, analyzing job results, and enforcing company policies, and procedures. • Develop, implement, and oversee manufacturing and strategies including training, raw materials, packaging, systems, and general operations. Maintains a safe and clean work environment by directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources. Assume most duties of the Production Supervisor in his/her absence. Abide by all company policies and safety and operating procedures. Plan and facilitate meetings with supervisors Qualifications Minimum Qualifications required to successfully perform the job include: High School Diploma or Equivalent. 3-5 years of manufacturing experience. Must have knowledge and understanding GMPs. Ability to recognize problem situations and take appropriate resolution steps. Physical Requirements Ability to perform extensive walking/standing and lift to 50 lbs.
