This role is responsible for coordinating crews, supporting project execution, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring customer needs are met across short-term, long-term, emergency, and preventative maintenance projects. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with strong HVAC field experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced industrial and commercial environments. Key Responsibilities Maintain direct communication with assigned Project Managers and Operations leadership. Coordinate staffing needs to ensure HVAC projects are properly supported with qualified personnel and leadership. Attend job site safety meetings and daily task assignment meetings. Review daily equipment inspection reports and task safety analyses (TSAs). Coordinate HVAC-related materials, tooling, and equipment needs for assigned projects. Arrange internal and external equipment rentals as needed. Request purchase orders for project materials and supplies. Coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment to job sites. Respond quickly to schedule changes, service calls, and emergency HVAC situations. Ensure weekend staffing, materials, and equipment needs are communicated and executed. Support employee development, coaching, and performance reviews. Mentor and guide field leadership teams to promote operational success and safety compliance. Oversee installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting activities for commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Supervisory Responsibilities Provide oversight and direction for HVAC field service personnel and project-related activities. Support project execution by coordinating labor, schedules, materials, and communication between teams. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of HVAC field service or industrial maintenance experience. At least 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or project oversight experience preferred. Experience with commercial and industrial HVAC systems strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is a plus. EPA Universal Certification required or ability to maintain certification. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced industrial and commercial environments. Physical Requirements Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and communicate with team members. Occasionally required to bend, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 25 pounds. Must possess close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus as needed. Work Environment Work is performed in both office and industrial/commercial job site environments. Noise levels and working conditions may vary depending on project location and scope of work.
