Production Test Supervisor - Electronics

Apply for tomorrow's opportunity today, with Volt Volt is immediately hiring for Production Test Supervisor - Electronics in La Vergne, Tennessee As a Production Test Supervisor, you will be : Responsible for training employees in the performance of their jobs and providing feedback. Responsible for performing all supervisory functions of hiring, evaluation, disciplining and approving employee-related transactions Implements and maintains a production process that complies with established internal documentation. Responsible for managing, directing, and coordinating the activities. Plans daily test operations, establishing priorities and sequences of product in test. Ensures products are tested according to company standards as outlined in work Instructions. Coordinates test activities to ensure quantity and quality of products meets established specifications. Ensures all test area employees have been trained on and understand each work Instruction for their function(s). Ensures test employees have timely job specific and safety training to perform their duties. Ensures all required documentation for testing, training, etc. is completed timely and accurately. Directs the workflow in test area and schedules work hours for assigned to employees. Responsible for performing all supervisory functions of hiring, evaluating, disciplining, and approving employee-related transactions. Responsible for training employees in the performance of their jobs and providing feedback. Collects, monitors, and maintains performance metrics. This is a full-time Direct Hire opportunity.

Required Skills:

2 years to 5 years' experience in a high technical service/repair, electronic manufacturing, or testing environment. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience. Previous experience in an electronic testing environment preferred. Experience in writing procedures according to applicable regulations. Training and/or experience implementing manufacturing and/ or service. B.S. degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Production and Operations Management or related field preferred.

Pay Range:
