Job Description

Manufacturing Supervisor Precise Industrial Coatings is seeking a full-time Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our production team. This is a hands-on role responsible for production output and shipping/receiving operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise daily production activities on the shop floor Manage all shipping and receiving functions Serve as the main point of contact for logistics and shipping-related customer inquiries via email Ensure production schedules and quality standards are met Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records Keep a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements:
Previous manufacturing supervisory or lead experience Basic knowledge of shipping, receiving, and logistics Strong organizational and communication skills Veteran preferred
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
