Production Supervisor - Day Shift Lead Manufacturing Operations. Drive Performance. Build Great Teams. We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations on our Day Shift. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is passionate about safety, quality, continuous improvement, and team development. The ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing background, proven leadership experience, and the ability to motivate teams to achieve production goals while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. What You'll Do Lead and supervise production employees to ensure daily production targets are met Drive a culture focused on safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement Coordinate staffing, work schedules, and production priorities to maximize efficiency Monitor production processes, identify issues, and implement effective solutions Train, coach, and develop employees on safety procedures, quality standards, and operating procedures Evaluate employee performance and support career development and succession planning Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and manufacturing best practices Analyze production metrics and prepare reports related to productivity, quality, safety, and staffing Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and operations teams to improve equipment performance and operational effectiveness Support waste reduction and sustainability initiatives throughout the facility What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor's Degree preferred 5+ years of manufacturing experience Minimum 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of production processes, employee management, and continuous improvement principles Experience troubleshooting production challenges and implementing corrective actions Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook; knowledge of Word and PowerPoint preferred Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Work Environment This position operates within a manufacturing facility and may involve: Exposure to moving machinery and production equipment Temperatures exceeding 90°F High humidity conditions Noise levels exceeding 85 dB Frequent standing, walking, stooping, and squatting Physical Requirements Frequent standing and movement throughout the shift Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds occasionally Frequent computer use for reporting, documentation, and communication Why Join Us?
