Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project-Based Siding Supervisor to oversee siding crews on an as-needed basis.
Experience required with:
Vinyl siding Hardie siding Tando siding
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage siding installation crews Ensure all work meets company quality standards and expectations Inspect completed work for quality control and accuracy Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Ensure crews follow OSHA safety standards and job site safety procedures Communicate with crews and customers professionally Ensure projects are completed properly and customers are satisfied with the final result Identify and correct issues before project completion
Requirements:
Must speak Spanish Must have prior siding installation and leadership experience Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and professional Must be able to maintain high-quality workmanship and crew accountability We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and can uphold our company's high standards on every project.
Pay:
$15.00 - $23.00 per hour
