Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fabrication Welding Supervisor to join our team in Conroe, TX. In this role, you will oversee the welding and fabrication processes, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. If you have a passion for welding and a knack for leadership, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily welding and fabrication activities. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Train and mentor welding staff to enhance their skills and performance. Review project specifications and blueprints to determine welding requirements. Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure adherence to specifications. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize workflow. Maintain inventory of welding supplies and equipment. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification preferred. Proven experience in welding and fabrication, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and equipment. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in the welding industry.
