Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Welding/Fabrication Manager to lead our welding and fabrication operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily manufacturing activities, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and coordinate a skilled team of welders and fabricators. Your expertise will drive efficiency, uphold industry standards, and support the successful completion of complex projects. MIG, TIG, FCAW

LOCATION
> welding, and other techniques. Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide fabrication activities accurately. Ensure proper use of hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment. Monitor inventory levels of sheet metal, ductwork materials, and consumables; manage procurement as needed. Enforce adherence to ASME codes & standards for pressure vessels and piping systems. Conduct regular safety training sessions on rigging, pipe threading, machining, soldering, and other critical skills. Requirements Proven experience working on construction sites with a strong understanding of construction workflows. Extensive knowledge of welding techniques including MIG, TIG, FCAW, <

> welding; certification preferred. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with precision. Familiarity with mechanical systems such as pipe threading, machining processes, rigging, and assembly methods. Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, hand tools, power tools, and plasma cutting equipment. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes related to ductwork and sheet metal fabrication. Knowledge of ASME codes & standards applicable to pressure vessels and piping systems. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks. Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment is a plus. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team while maintaining high safety standards.
