You will play a pivotal role in optimizing workflows and cultivating a high-performance culture focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Direct daily manufacturing activities to ensure all safety, quality, and productivity benchmarks are met. Optimize production scheduling and resource allocation to maximize throughput and minimize operational downtime. Analyze production performance data to proactively identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions. Enforce rigorous adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards across the production floor. Mentor and develop staff to enhance team engagement, technical proficiency, and overall performance. Partner with maintenance, engineering, and logistics departments to streamline cross-functional production goals. Champion continuous improvement projects aimed at waste reduction and process optimization. Maintain precise documentation and reporting to ensure clear communication across all production cycles. Required Skills 3-5+ years of leadership experience within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve measurable operational targets. Strong grasp of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and lean continuous improvement methodologies. Proven capacity for rapid decision-making and task prioritization in high-pressure environments. Proficiency in production reporting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Skills Hands-on leadership approach with a keen eye for operational detail. Track record of fostering a culture of accountability and safety awareness. Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities. Strong background in production planning and scheduling.
