Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Job Description The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing safety, quality, and production activities during the assigned shift. This role provides direct supervision, training, and support to hourly employees while ensuring compliance with company standards, production goals, and safety regulations. •  Prior supervisory or lead experience, or formal supervisory training
•  Strong leadership and employee development skills
•  Mechanical troubleshooting and basic repair capabilities
•  Basic computer proficiency
