2nd Shift Bilingual (Spanish) Onsite Supervisor Citi Staff Fort Worth, TX Job Details Full-time $18 - $19 an hour 16 hours ago Qualifications Spanish Operations management Shift management English Manufacturing facility Manufacturing Full Job Description Position Summary CitiStaff is seeking an experienced and motivated Onsite Supervisor to oversee second shift operations at a high-volume distribution/production facility in Arlington, TX. This role is responsible for managing temporary workforce employees, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining client satisfaction, and supporting a safe and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage all CitiStaff temporary employees during assigned shift Serve as the primary point of contact between CitiStaff, employees, and client leadership Ensure proper staffing levels are maintained to meet daily production goals Monitor employee attendance, performance, and productivity Conduct coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions as needed Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientations, and training Enforce workplace safety policies and ensure compliance with all regulations Track and report daily metrics including headcount, attendance, and performance Address and resolve employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary Maintain accurate records and submit reports in a timely manner Qualifications Previous experience in staffing, warehouse, manufacturing, or onsite supervision required Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Flexible and able to work overtime as needed Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to work in a warehouse/production environment Why Join CitiStaff?
