In this role, you'll lead a small team across both production and warehouse areas, ensuring daily goals are met while upholding safety and quality standards. Job Summary Lead workers engaged in machine operating to produce plastic injection molded products by performing the following duties. Shift 2nd
Shift:
Must be flexible to work the following hours: 6 p.m.
- 2:30 a.m. or 7 p.m.
- 3:30 a.m., Monday
- Friday (Saturdays and OT when needed) 3rd
Shift:
Must be flexible to work the following hours: 10pm
- 6am (OT When Required) Monday
- Friday.
(Saturdays as required)
Weekend Shift:
Must be flexible to work the following hours: 5am
- 5pm (OT When Required) Saturday
- Monday. Pay $25
- $30 per hour, DOE Essential Duties and Responsibilities Requisitions material required to meet production goals.
Examines items produced to determine if items meet specifications. Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment. Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations. Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers, and assigns duties. Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules. Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product. Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crew. Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems. Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals. Maintains time and production records. Confers with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments. Sets up machines and equipment. Performs activities of workers supervised. Other Skills Knowledge of Microsoft Applications Word Processing software. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. How to Apply?
