POSITION DESCRIPTION
As the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for the largest department on the Plant. Production Supervisors lead teams of 20 or more Packaging Technicians to problem-solve, continuously improve, and meet production goals. By collaborating with Packaging Leads and with all other departments in the company, you will drive operational success and lead the department every shift.

LOCATION
The position is based at DrinkPAK's Beverage Manufacturing Facility in Fort Worth, Texas.
TYPE:
Full-Time, Regular.
SHIFT:
Must be willing to work night shift; 12 hours per day 2/2/3 Schedule
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise multi-line packaging line operators in a front-line manager position Collaborate with all departments to develop, monitor, and maintain production plans, inventories, and schedules to ensure excellent process performance and product quality on the can production lines Create proactive training plans and develop operators through performance reviews to meet staffing goals and contribute to operator development Lead and coach diverse teams to troubleshoot and monitor key operating processes and equipment Drive Root-Cause Analysis to resolve production issues and create sustainable improvements Manage highly automated, complex manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment Promote and encourage safe working practices Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices and other quality-related policies to meet product quality standards Please note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree required, Engineering, Science, Supply chain management or related discipline preferred. Technical background/education preferred At least 3-5 years of demonstrated leadership on a high-speed manufacturing floor, preferably in the beverage manufacturing industry Demonstrable leadership skills and ability to lead by example. Clear experience initiating change and ability to utilize change management principles. Willingness to work rotating shifts when needed, holidays, and weekends required. Ability to multi-functionally work between departments

WORKING CONDITIONS
Should be able to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions and temperature variation and able to access all areas of building without limitations. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms above the head and below the waist. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl for 10-12 hours. Be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
