Site Foreman

Lindale, TX Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED equivalent required Must be able to fine grade finish on a dozer Minimum 1 year experience working as a construction Foreman, Superintendent, or similar role Minimum 5 years experience working in residential or commercial excavation Minimum 5 years experience operating heavy equipment (dozer, excavator, etc.) Ability to lift at least 75 lbs Reliable transportation to and from work Willingness and ability to work in outdoor environments and stay on feet for extended periods Willingness to work overtime when necessary

Responsibilities:

Review the project schedule and plan out manpower and equipment via 2-week lookahead schedules Study plans and specifications of each project Manage all aspects of the assigned job site including all crew and equipment Ensure that all work on site is done safely and according to plans and specs Keep jobs on schedule and within labor budgets Operate equipment (dozer, excavator, etc.) and complete labor work frequently Complete daily equipment safety inspections Write and submit daily reports at the end of each workday Approve all crewmember timesheets before they are turned in Other related tasks as assigned What we offer:
