Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise fabrication personnel including welders, fitters, and laborers Coordinate daily production schedules to meet operational goals Ensure work meets engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards Monitor inventory, tools, and equipment, coordinating maintenance as needed Enforce safety policies and OSHA standards while fostering a safety-conscious culture
Ideal Candidate Profile:
5+ years of experience in fabrication, welding, or metalworking 2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role preferred Strong knowledge of welding processes, fabrication techniques, and blueprint reading Experience with fabrication equipment such as welders, presses, shears, and CNC machinery Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills To apply send an up-to-date resume , or apply directly through this advertisement.
