This role ensures all products are built to exact engineering specifications, quality standards, and production schedules. The ideal candidate will possess strong manufacturing knowledge, leadership ability, and a high attention to detail with a focus on precision fabrication and assembly. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production personnel in the manufacturing facility. Lead, train, and motivate production crews to maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and efficiency. Ensure all water treatment tanks equipment are manufactured according to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements. Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, blueprints, and fabrication details to support accurate production builds. Monitor production schedules set by customers and workflow to meet delivery deadlines and production targets. Conduct quality inspections throughout the manufacturing build process to ensure precision and compliance with company and industry standards. Troubleshoot manufacturing build issues and implement corrective actions, alongside the production manager, to improve productivity and reduce rework. Enforce workplace safety procedures and maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety policies. Coordinate with engineering, quality control, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth production operations. Promote continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction within the teams at the facility. Organize the layout of items at the production facility, help with inventory of items at the facility, and implement strategies to acquire or maintain equipment for work around the facility. Qualifications Ability to work with Production Manager if there are issues at the facility to ensure a smooth work flow process. Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication techniques, and production operations. Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and engineering blueprints. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to hold high standards of build precision. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. Knowledge of quality control procedures and manufacturing best practices. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and safe manufacturing practices. Proficient communication and computer skills. Preferred Skills Experience with fiberglass, steel, or industrial tank fabrication. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality standards. Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision manufacturing. Ability to effectively lead a team of employees through the build process while helping them improve their skills along the way. Physical Requirements Ability to work outdoors in a manufacturing facility environment. Ability to stand, walk, lift, and inspect production areas for extended periods. Ability to continuously lift up to 50 lbs throughout the works shift.
