Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor Location:

Mineral Wells Days Shift or Night Shift Industry:

Food/Beverage Hourly pay: $25

• $30 per hour+ Benefits The Production Supervisor will oversee daily operations on shift, ensuring production targets, food safety standards, and quality metrics are consistently achieved while developing and leading a team of operators and line leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead production teams within a processing and packaging environment Ensure daily production schedules are met safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards Drive compliance with GMP, HACCP, FDA, and food safety regulations Monitor KPIs including OEE, downtime, waste, and labor efficiency Lead shift start-up meetings and communicate performance expectations Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, waste reduction, process optimization) Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations Manage staffing levels, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes Ensure accurate production reporting and documentation Qualifications & Experience 3+ years' experience in a supervisory role within food or beverage manufacturing Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced production environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
