We only work within the DFW Metroplex. We offer competitive wages, paid holidays, and accrued PTO. We are looking to hire a permanent and full-time Pavement Markings Foreman & Parking Lot Foreman. As a foreman you will be responsible for: Lead and supervise a crew on pavement markings and signage projects Oversee daily site operations Plan and coordinate daily job site activities Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards Train and mentor crew members Installation of pavement markings and small road signs Loading/unloading materials Maintaining equipment Following all safety policies and procedures at all times Enforcing safety policies and adhering to traffic control plans Perform other related duties to support safe and efficient operations Average work week ranges from 40-50 hours per week, busier times of the year you may reach 60 hours. A valid Texas Driver's license is required; you must be eligible and willing to drive company truck and trailer. Requirements:

A valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record Eligible and willing to drive company truck and trailer Pavement markings experience with leadership Ability to work outdoors in heat/cold Pass pre-employment drug screening Authorized to work in United States (E-Verify Employer) 90-day probation period

Pay:

$23-30/hour, or up to $90,000/year based on experience and qualifications For hourly employees - overtime (1.5x pay) is provided for all hours worked over 40 per week
