Assistant Production Manager

• Plan and organize production schedules
• Assess project and resource requirements
• Ensure health and safety regulations compliance
• Maintain quality control standards
• Oversee production processes and floor activities
• Create and maintain production and labor schedules
• Select and account for materials
• Set up, adjust, and perform minor repairs and routine maintenance on equipment
• Supervise and manage the production crew
• Coordinate training sessions for the team
• Collaborate with production and operation teams daily Required Qualifications
• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or related fields
• HACCP certification and knowledge of HACCP standards
• OSHA certification and compliance with OSHA standards
• SQF standard knowledge
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Technical skills with production tools and equipment
• Project management and problem-solving abilities
• Organizational skills and efficiency
• IT literacy and numerical skills
• Confidence to handle responsibility and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications
