Job Description

Job Summary:
The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of operators and technicians to meet daily production goals while maintaining safety standards, product quality, and operational efficiency. This role is highly involved on the production floor, requiring strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Core Duties Supervise daily production operations to meet schedule, output, and quality requirements. Other duties as required. Train, coach, and develop production staff; conduct performance feedback as needed. Monitor workflow and adjust labor or equipment assignments as necessary. Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, PPE use, and company policies. Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate solutions with maintenance, quality, and process engineering teams. Review and maintain production records, reports, and KPIs (scrap rate, throughput, downtime, etc.). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S). Support onboarding of new employees and cross-training efforts. Basic Qualifications 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production. 3+ year of leadership or supervisory experience. Strong understanding of production processes, workflow, and safety procedures. Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure. Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, production reporting systems, ERP). Desired Qualifications Lean Manufacturing / 5S / Six Sigma experience. Familiarity with ISO or similar quality systems. XPEL is an equal opportunity employer. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
