ACCW is hiring a hard-working field-experiencedWELDING/STEEL FOREMAN
- 10 years of applied experience required
- Previous leadership roles within the last two years
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS 3G/4G MIG WELDING TEST
- MUST
BE ABLE TO PASS 6010 3G/4G MIG WELDING TEST
- Must be able to read and fabricate from blueprints/CAD/specifications Fabrication test required upon initial interview
Job Description:
We are a small welding and construction company in San Antonio, TX. We specialize in COMMERCIAL andRESIDENTIAL
projects. Commercial and residential structures, supports, gates, carports, staircases and fences but do our best to take on any job that comes through our doors. We need someone who is adaptive, experienced, and a team player. This position will require at least 10 years of recent welding leadership experience. You also must be able to work in the shop and on location with the ability to withstand the Texas weather. You must be able to stand and remain active the duration of your shift. You must have a valid TX driver's license and valid liability auto insurance. We do our best to be a turn-key company so, the ideal candidate will be okay with anything from demolition or digging holes, installation and painting.Expected Foreman DUTIES :
Site Supervision Ensuring Safety and Quality Control Crew Management Resource Coordination Reporting Normal hours are Monday- Friday 8 am to 6 pm with the occasional overtime opportunity.
UNTIL CERTIFIED
You will be paid bi-weekly via direct deposit. The exact rate will be determined based on the skill level shown during the weld test.Job Type:
