The 3rd Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing shift-based manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. Leads and develops production teams, optimizes workflows, ensures compliance with ISO standards, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality. What You'll Do Drives operational excellence by planning, coordinating, and executing daily production schedules; assigning personnel; setting clear priorities, goals, and performance expectations; and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Leads and develops shift personnel by providing direction, coaching, training, and performance feedback to build a high-performing and accountable team environment. Ensures a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace by enforcing company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements while proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Maintains production quality and compliance by ensuring all production and quality-related documentation is accurately completed, reviewed, and retained in accordance with ISO and internal standards. Oversees material and inventory accuracy by monitoring usage, minimizing waste, and ensuring availability of materials to support uninterrupted production. Drives continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies, leading root cause investigations, and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to enhance productivity and quality. Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) such as throughput, yield, downtime, and quality metrics; analyzes trends and implements corrective actions to meet or exceed targets. Facilitates cross-functional communication by collaborating with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Management to resolve operational issues and improve overall performance. Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures while promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational discipline. Supports workforce development by identifying training needs, coordinating skill-building activities, and encouraging continuous learning through workshops and seminars. Performs other duties as assigned to support business and operational needs. What You'll Bring High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment with leadership responsibilities. Strong working knowledge of ISO Quality standards and production processes. What We Value Good communication skills and ability to work with others.
