Production Supervisor - Night Shift Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Organizes personnel assignments and training to meet daily customer production schedules while maintaining safety and quality requirements Perform daily employee performance & attendance management actions Assist in developing and orientate new team members Drive and lead organizational strategic imperatives and initiatives Implement improvement ideas by leveraging team members feedback and suggestions on opportunities Assist in developing a culture focused on safety, quality, delivery and cost Communicate relevant business information, company policies, and business updates to team members Collaborate cross functionally with other departments and organizational stakeholders
