Quality and Production Lead

Quality & Production Lead 📍 Full-Time | Manufacturing Lead the shift. Own the quality. Keep production on track. We re looking for a Quality & Production Lead to oversee quality processes and support production during the printing, laminating, and slitting stages. This role is the go-to leader on shift-ensuring standards are followed, issues are addressed, and the team stays aligned. What You ll Do Lead quality and production activities during your shift Perform process audits to ensure operators are completing required quality checks Verify product quality during: Printing (color, registration, consistency) Slitting (width, placement, specifications) Lamination (coat weight, adhesion, oven testing) Inspect incoming raw materials to ensure they meet quality standards Investigate and document non-conformances; determine disposition Partner with production teams to implement corrective actions (CAPA) Review production schedules and align priorities to meet customer expectations Train and coach operators on quality standards, test methods, and procedures Ensure compliance with GMP, SQF, and company quality standards Maintain documentation and support continuous improvement efforts Step in to support production as needed to keep operations running smoothly What You ll Need 2+ years of manufacturing experience (flexographic printing preferred) Strong understanding of quality processes and production environments Leadership ability and confidence directing a team Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills across all levels of the organization Basic computer skills (email, data entry, ERP systems) High school diploma or equivalent Nice to
