12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule Job Overview We are hiring a Production Supervisor to lead operations in an industrial environment. This role is ideal for candidates with leadership experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse settings who are focused on safety, efficiency, and team management. Key Responsibilities Supervise production employees and shift operations Ensure production lines are staffed and running efficiently Enforce safety standards, PPE compliance, and safe work practices Complete production reports, shift logs, and documentation Manage employee schedules, breaks, and workflow Maintain cleanliness, organization, and 5S standards Oversee forklift operations and material handling Train, coach, and support team members Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Experience as a Production Supervisor, Team Lead, Shift Supervisor, or Warehouse Lead preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Preferred Experience Manufacturing, production, or warehouse operations Forklift operation and material handling equipment (MHE) Safety compliance and PPE standards Inventory, shipping, and receiving Continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S Employee training and development Certifications Forklift certification required (or ability to obtain upon hire) Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, and pull 50-100 lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks Must meet physical requirements within a 60-day probationary period Work Environment Industrial/manufacturing plant setting Non-climate controlled environment Exposure to dust, noise, and equipment Compensation & Benefits $27 per hour + overtime potential Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) with company match PTO + Paid Holidays Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Training and development opportunities Who We Are Blue Diamond Industries manufactures HDPE conduit used for fiber-optic infrastructure nationwide.
