    3:30 PM
  • 1:00 AM, Monday-Thursday
  • (Every Other Friday Off)
  • 12% shift premium on top of the hourly wage

  • following their interview. We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established aerospace manufacturer seeking a
  • Unit Team Lead
  • to support production operations on swing shift. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating workflow, supporting employees, driving production goals, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Lead day-to-day production activities within a precision manufacturing environment + Coordinate workflow and assist with scheduling to maintain production efficiency + Anticipate and resolve operational issues before they impact production + Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and employee support + Provide supervisor coverage as needed and support departmental objectives + Train, coach, and mentor team members on processes and best practices + Promote a strong safety culture and address potential safety concerns proactively + Communicate effectively with production personnel, leadership, and support departments + Assist with continuous improvement efforts and operational performance •Qualifications•+ 3+ years of experience in aerospace, machining, or other high-precision manufacturing environments + Prior leadership, lead, or supervisory experience preferred + Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills + Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced production environment + Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and exercise sound judgment + High School Diploma or GED required •Why Consider This Opportunity?
