We're looking for a hands-on Production Manager / Foreman to be the boots-on-the-ground leader across our active job sites. You'll spend the majority of your day in the field — not behind a desk — overseeing crews, supporting our site supervisors, and making sure every job runs on time and up to our standards. This is the right role for someone who thrives in the field, takes ownership, and has the experience to lead without needing to be managed. What you'll do Oversee day-to-day operations across active roofing job sites (multiple per day) Support and mentor on-site supervisors to ensure quality and efficiency Coordinate subcontractor crews and verify compliance (insurance, licensing, safety) Drive between job sites daily in your company truck — you're always where the work is Spend roughly one hour per day in the office for admin tasks and crew coordination Communicate job status, issues, and crew needs back to operations leadership Hold crews accountable to scope, timeline, and workmanship standards Field customer inquiries / deal with escalations as needed What we're looking for 2+ years of experience in roofing, general construction, or a related trade Proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors in the field Comfortable reading scopes of work and holding crews to production standards Strong communicator — direct, organized, and proactive Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experience with residential and/or commercial roofing preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required Compensation $34-$38/hr (~$70-79K/yr) plus performance bonus.
