Full-Time Pay Range:
$28.00-$38.00 per hour (Depending on experience, industry background, and certifications) We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations, lead production teams, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across all shifts. This role requires strong leadership, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to manage people and processes in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production operations and ensure workflow efficiency Lead, train, and support production staff Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing or processes as needed Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and quality requirements Track KPIs, production output, scrap, and downtime Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to resolve issues Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development Maintain accurate production records and reports Assist with hiring, onboarding, and corrective actions when needed Qualifications 3+ years of experience in production, manufacturing, or operations management Strong leadership and communication skills Technical proficiency with manufacturing software systems and data analysis tools is preferred. Ability to troubleshoot production issues and make quick decisions Experience with production software, scheduling tools, or ERP systems (preferred) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Candidates will be required to pass E-Verify, a drug test, and a background check.
