Production Supervisor

Summary:

Support manufacturing operations by assisting with production, assembly, and testing of electro-mechanical products. Work closely with operations teams to execute production plans, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute daily production plans and support shop floor operations Monitor KPIs and address production bottlenecks Conduct WIP audits, cycle counts, and manage inventory/Kanban items Coordinate purchase requisitions and maintain documentation Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures Assist with maintenance, calibration, and quality coordination Support assembly, testing, inspection, and packaging as needed Participate in root cause analysis and process improvements

Requirements:

1-3 years in manufacturing or production environment Experience with

ISO9001/AS9100 QMS

Familiarity with MS Office and

ERP/MES/MRP

systems Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

Leadership experience (Lead/Supervisor) Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma knowledge Experience with RCA tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D) Knowledge of IPC standards, Power BI, or Oracle
