We are seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, drive efficiency, maintain quality standards, and promote a safe and productive work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and enjoys leading teams to achieve operational excellence. #HP123 Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Development Supervise and direct production employees, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. Provide coaching, training, and ongoing development to team members. Set clear expectations, establish performance goals, and foster employee engagement. Address employee performance concerns and support HR-related matters in accordance with company policies. Develop talent and support succession planning for key positions. Production Management Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and customer requirements. Ensure employees understand and follow work instructions, procedures, and schedules. Monitor productivity and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and workflow. Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize operational performance. Technical Oversight Interpret and work from mechanical drawings, blueprints, electrical schematics, and written procedures. Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical guidance to employees. Ensure proper use, maintenance, and care of tools, machinery, and equipment. Quality & Continuous Improvement Maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure work meets specifications. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall performance. Safety & Compliance Promote a culture of safety and accountability. Enforce workplace safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment. Ensure employees follow all company policies and operational procedures. Documentation & Reporting Complete production reports and documentation accurately and on time. Utilize SAP or similar ERP systems for manpower, inventory, and production tracking. Communicate production status, challenges, and achievements to management. QualificationsRequired Experience 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, industrial, assembly, or production environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes. Skills & Knowledge Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of English and Metric measurement systems. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
