Reporting on production metrics, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement. 10. Staying updated on the latest engineering and manufacturing technologies and trends, especially in the aerospace sector.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Production Supervisor role, you should have the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing / engineering industry, preferably in aerospace. 2. Proven experience with production scheduling, quality control, compliance, process improvement, lean manufacturing, team leadership, and performance management. 3. Strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes, technologies, and best practices. 4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. 5. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions quickly. 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information. 7. High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. 8.
