The Bellevue team is experienced, collaborative, and looking for a leader who can step in, take ownership, and elevate operations. In this position, you will: Lead a team of 4-6 packaging employees and set the tone for daily operations Assign and coordinate tasks to keep production running smoothly and efficiently Troubleshoot filling and labeling equipment to minimize downtime Communicate and enforce detailed procedures in a regulated environment Train new employees and help build a strong, reliable team What's In It for Me? What You Bring:
