Title

- 6 Months Job description We are hiring temporary 5S Training Specialists to deliver frequent training sessions to large groups in a manufacturing setting.
Required Skills:
- Self-starter
- Initiates sessions with minimal supervision to keep 5S momentum moving across shifts
- Presentation skills
- Delivers clear, engaging, and visually supported lessons to large groups, tailoring pace and content to varied experience levels for maximum retention
- Organizational skills
- Manages multiple training schedules, materials, and participant records; coordinates with production to minimize disruption and ensure consistent follow-up. Able to build and deploy action plans
- Punctual
- Consistently arrives on time and starts sessions promptly to respect production schedules and maintain credibility with shop-floor teams
- Approachable
- Builds rapport with operators and supervisors, encourages questions, and provides patient, practical coaching to support adoption of 5S behaviors
- Tenacity
- Persistently follows up on sustainment activities, addresses resistance, and drives continuous improvement until standards are embedded in daily routines
Background:
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing or continuous improvement roles with direct experience delivering large-group training events. Demonstrated expertise in 5S and Lean principles, plus strong safety awareness and the ability to work multiple shifts.Required:
excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; proven ability to engage diverse and unionized teams; reliable transportation and flexibility for site travel.Similar remote jobs
