• 6 Months Job description We are hiring temporary 5S Training Specialists to deliver frequent training sessions to large groups in a manufacturing setting.

You will present 5S, visual management, and workplace organization sessions, coordinate schedules with production, and minimize operational disruption. Responsibilities include facilitating classroom-setting training module (5S Overview Training) to 20+ participants per session. Collaborate with Program Supervisory and continuous improvement teams to align content with site goals and compliance. Candidates must be safety-conscious, adaptable to multiple shifts, multiple locations around Puget Sound, and able to work with multidisciplinary and unionized teams. Preferred qualifications include manufacturing experience and Lean or 5S facilitator certification.

Background:

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing or continuous improvement roles with direct experience delivering large-group training events. Demonstrated expertise in 5S and Lean principles, plus strong safety awareness and the ability to work multiple shifts.
