(Leadership / Supervisor Track) Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Retainer Manufacturing Lab Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Woodinville-based manufacturing lab. This role is responsible for managing a team of approximately 10 technicians, ensuring smooth production flow, supporting customer communication with orthodontic offices, and stepping into production when needed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into manufacturing leadership while remaining hands-on. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of approximately 10 production employees in a retainer manufacturing lab Manage PTO requests, attendance tracking, absences, and scheduling coordination Provide ongoing performance feedback, coaching, and basic employee support Communicate directly with orthodontists and dental offices regarding cases, timelines, and production questions Ensure daily production goals and quality standards are met Step into production and lab work as needed to support workflow and resolve bottlenecks Promote a positive team culture focused on accountability, communication, and customer satisfaction Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woodinville, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
