Job Description

🌙 Production Supervisor - Dairy Manufacturing 📍Vernon County, WI 🕙 Night Shift | Sunday-Thursday | 10 PM-7 AM gpac is partnering with a well-established dairy manufacturer in Vernon County that is looking to add a Night Shift Production Supervisor to its leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with dairy manufacturing experience who enjoys leading people, driving production, and being hands-on with operations. The company has been producing high-quality dairy products for more than 30 years and offers outstanding benefits, long-term stability, and real growth potential.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead and develop production employees on night shift
  • Drive safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency goals
  • Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and other departments to keep operations running smoothly
  • Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement efforts
  • Ensure GMP, food safety, and company policies are followed
  • Communicate production results and shift performance to leadership
What We're Looking For:
  • Dairy manufacturing experience required
  • 3+ years of food manufacturing leadership experience
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills
  • Knowledge of GMPs, food safety, and production operations
  • Ability to motivate teams and drive results
