Production Supervisor - Refrigeration Department Starting compensation for this position is $75,800 annually, with the opportunity for increased compensation based on education, relevant experience, certifications, skills, and other qualifying characteristics.

The Production Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our team of commercial refrigeration equipment technicians. The supervisor will provide coaching and support, ensuring that all team members perform their duties effectively and efficiently. Assist in troubleshooting complex issues and guide technicians through problem-solving processes. Regularly inspect the work of technicians to ensure adherence to company standards and customer satisfaction. Provide constructive feedback and address quality issues promptly. Propose improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of current processes and procedures. Always keeps safety as a #1 priority. You ll meet the needs of this position if you and your background match the following qualifications and attributes:
Work, Education & Essentials:
Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience, with operational knowledge of processes, equipment, and facilities. Minimum 3 years of management, and/or supervisory experience in a related field. Background in or basic understanding of commercial refrigeration. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Ability to multitask and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
