DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO LEAD OUR DETAIL TEAM?
Lead and support the detailing team to ensure vehicles are completed efficiently and to company standards Oversee exterior washes, interior cleaning, vacuuming, and final vehicle presentation Train, Perform, and assist with buffing Complete final quality inspections within the department Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Help train and develop team members while promoting a positive, team-focused culture Coordinate workflow and work with the Shop Manager to prioritize vehicles to keep production moving smoothly Be ready to jump in wherever needed and continue learning new skills
HERE ARE OUR NON-NEGOTIABLES
Maintain a consistent Monday through Friday 6:45AM - 4:00PM schedule Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend, and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds Valid driver's license required Ability to adapt to multiple vehicle makes/models Strong attention to detail with a positive, can-do attitude Previous detailing and buffing experience required; leadership experience preferred Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced production environment The pay range for this role is: 20 - 25 USD per hour(Middleton WI)
