Production Supervisor - Food Manufacturing Looking for Your Next Career? We Are That Opportunity! We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in a modern, state-of-the-art food and beverage manufacturing facility in the New Berlin area. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising production employees, ensuring food safety and quality standards are met, overseeing machine sanitation activities, and driving operational performance throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of GMPs, food safety practices, production operations, and sanitation procedures. Responsibilities Supervise, train, and develop production employees Ensure compliance with GMPs, food safety standards, and company policies Oversee production activities to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity goals are achieved Monitor and track key performance metrics including quality, downtime, waste, labor efficiency, and output Ensure proper machine sanitation and cleaning procedures are followed Verify sanitation schedules are completed accurately and on time Partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Operations teams to improve processes and production performance Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and corrective action when needed Manage attendance, scheduling, and vacation requests Complete production reports and maintain accurate records Promote a safe, clean, and positive work environment Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, Team Lead, or similar leadership role Food manufacturing experience required Experience with machine sanitation, cleaning procedures, and food safety compliance Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and food manufacturing best practices Strong leadership and employee development skills Ability to work assigned hours, including overtime when required Strong computer skills and ability to prepare reports Ability to analyze production data and perform basic mathematical calculations Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Benefits Competitive Salary Premium Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Generous Paid Time Off Paid Sick Leave Career Advancement Opportunities Stable and Growing Organization State-of-the-Art Manufacturing Facility If you have experience leading teams in a food manufacturing environment and understand the importance of food safety, sanitation, quality, and operational excellence, we encourage you to apply today.
