This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring production goals are achieved, and maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and performance. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of approximately 30 employees on the 2nd shift within a 120-employee manufacturing facility Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement Conduct regular team meetings to communicate expectations, updates, and production goals Manage shift schedules, productivity, and workflow to meet deadlines and output targets Perform employee performance evaluations and provide coaching and development as needed Enforce company safety protocols and ensure compliance with all workplace safety regulations Collaborate with other departments and leadership to drive process improvements Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment required; metal fabrication experience is a plus but not required Proven leadership experience managing teams in a production setting Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities What We Offer Competitive compensation Stable Monday-Thursday schedule with extended weekends Opportunity to lead and grow within a well-established manufacturing operation #JDP By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
