Shift:

5:00 AM - 5:00 PM 2-2-3 rotating schedule Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop production team members Ensure productivity and efficiency during the shift Collaborate with other departments and supervisors Enforce company policies, GMPs, and regulatory standards Maintain a strong safety culture for all employees Troubleshoot production issues and work with maintenance Communicate shift performance and production updates to management Qualifications 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing (dairy preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of GMPs and food safety standards Ability to operate and oversee manufacturing equipment Experience with production or data management systems preferred What's Offered Competitive compensation Excellent benefits Growth opportunities with a leading food manufacturer 📩 Interested candidates: Email kylla.olsen@gogpac.com or call (515) 671-2172
