Job Description

ob Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restoration Supervisor that will create high levels of customer satisfaction and fulfill companies needs. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate restoration crews on residential and commercial projects Inspect job sites and assess restoration needs and project scope Ensure all work is completed according to company standards, safety regulations, and industry guidelines Monitor drying equipment, moisture readings, and restoration progress Train, mentor, and support restoration technicians Maintain accurate project documentation, including photos, reports, and daily logs Communicate project updates with customers, insurance adjusters, and management Schedule labor, equipment, and materials for projects Respond to emergency service calls, including after-hours or weekend emergencies when required Ensure proper handling and maintenance of restoration equipment and vehicles Enforce workplace safety policies and procedures Requirements High school diploma or GED required; additional technical certifications preferred Experience in restoration, construction, or disaster recovery services Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred Knowledge of water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration processes Familiarity with restoration equipment and moisture detection tools Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in fast-paced and emergency-response environments
