The location in Rothschild, (Wisconsin, United States), is seeking talent to fill the position of Wood Room & Wood Yard Production Supervisor. This job is full-time permanent. Position Summary
The Woodroom / Woodyard Production Supervisor serves as a resource and team leader within the wood processing areas of the mill. This role is responsible for leading daily operations, leading personnel, and ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable performance in support of pulp mill productions. The position reports directly to the Pulp Mill Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage both people and processes within the Woodroom and Woodyard operations
Coordinate daily production activities consistently meeting safety and production metrics
Partner with the Pulp Wood Procurement Manager on wood receiving and inventory management
Responsible for department performance to meet safety, quality, cost, and production metrics
Coordinate with maintenance teams to improve reliability, productivity, and safety
Manage supplier relationships and oversee material flow
Provide oversight of rail services operations
Promote a culture focused on safety, environmental stewardship, and employee engagement
Train and develop employees in both technical and non-technical areas as needed Key Competencies

Effectively manages time and resources Qualifications & Requirements General knowledge of woodroom/woodyard operations and papermaking processes
Minimum of 3 years of relevant direct leadership experience
Degree in Pulp & Paper, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field preferred
Strong computer, communication, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
Demonstrated success in promoting a safe work environment
Willingness to work flexible hours, including rotating weekend coverage You will be required to successfully complete a selection process that could include interviews, an employment background check, a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen, reference verifications, aptitude tests (for some positions), and a fitness-for-duty test (for some positions).
