Job Description

MBW, Inc. is an innovative and growing manufacturer of concrete and compact equipment and offers contract machining services. Our CNC Machining Supervisor position includes setting up, programming, troubleshooting CNC machining equipment and will supervise the machine shop and tool room personnel. Involved in CNC/CMM programming. What's in it for you?

Retention Bonus:

Essential Duties Work from detailed and involved part drawings and specifications defining and coding tooling, fixturing, and machine arrangements Program with G&M code Design fixtures Knowledge and understanding of GD&T Set up, operate and program Mori, Doosan and other machines. Use a variety of precision measuring instruments Recognize, report and correct errors. Recommend tooling applications and operational sequence to assist in developing practical programming for new and unusual machining requirements. May set up for and instruct Machine Operators of lower classification. Comply with safety, quality and service standards within the department. Supervise skilled shop personnel in machining and tool room departments Select new employees, schedule and monitor work, provide ongoing feedback and perform regular evaluations Ensure the training of new and present employees in the processes and methods required to achieve the company's standards for quality, quantity, safety, and ISO9001 Participate in planning meetings, recommending space, personnel, and equipment requirements Perform other duties as requested Visit our website to learn more about MBW! www.mbw.com
Note:
Our facility is open Monday - Thursday 5am to 7pm and Fridays 5am to 4:30pm. A schedule can be created on any of those days within those timeframes.
Note:
If someone's schedule is until 7pm they would receive a 10% shift premium from 3pm to 7pm.
