Job Description

Position Summary:
The Oilfield Foreman is responsible for supervising daily field operations, managing crews, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and industry regulations. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of oilfield operations, and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of oilfield crews Ensure all operations follow safety standards, including OSHA and company policies Plan, assign, and monitor work to meet production and project deadlines Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members Conduct safety meetings and enforce proper use of PPE Inspect equipment and ensure proper maintenance and operation Communicate with management, clients, and other departments regarding job progress Maintain accurate job reports, logs, and documentation Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions in the field Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and procedures
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED (required) 2+ years of oilfield experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of oilfield operations, equipment, and safety procedures Valid driver's license Ability to work long hours in various weather conditions Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 50+ lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in physically demanding environments Willingness to work outdoors in extreme conditions
Work Environment:
Field-based position in oil and gas environments Exposure to loud noise, heavy machinery, and varying weather conditions May require travel and rotational schedules
