Job Description

Since 1961, the Wellborn family has owned and operated Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. The goal is to provide kitchen and bath cabinets crafted by dedicated Wellborn employees with the utmost quality and care. Today, over 55 years later, the product line has broadened to include cabinetry and storage solutions to help maximize the total home living space
Job Summary:
The day-to-day of this position involves coordinating and reporting on Graphics team projects. This role is responsible for sourcing print vendors, getting jobs quoted, ordering printed collateral and marketing material items, inventory usage, and project file history management. Serve as the point of contact and lead for Graphic Design service requests, swag procurement, photography asset usage, and photoshoot coordination.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee Graphic team objectives. Utilize team skillset to accomplish goals. Sales Aid Inventory management, procurement and reporting Support dealer and company Graphic Design service requests Support literature projects and advertising plans Responsible for maintaining brand and image guideline integrity. Supporting Made In America standard for swag. Responsible for photography assets Working with print vendors and supporting catalog launches Placing orders for printed and branded items Responsible for consistent management of misc. content on the internal WAY Site Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Eye for detail & creative vision Strong commuication Ability to work with a team and manage projects Work on deadlines Ability to juggle multiple assignments Microsoft Office (specifically Publisher and Excel) Google Drive (specifically Docs and Sheets) Education and Experience Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite Experience in print/digital production Familiar with Project Management tools High School Diploma At least one year in an office environment

Employee is subject to inside working conditions with protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change. Full-time, on-site hourly position operates in an office environment within a manufacturing facility Hours of work are Monday through Friday 7 AM to 3:30 PM and any other hours necessary to complete the essential functions of this job
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
